Our moulds
We are manufacturing moulds for technical plastics parts with different complexities and technologies. We are mainly specialised in plastic injection tools for gas injection, bi-components (2K), blow moulding, 3D blow moulding, rubber injection with or without BCR, prototype tools.
In our facilities we can handle tools up to 30 Tn. weight.
The experience acquired since 1979 allow us to give the upmost solution for our moulds designs and mechanisms. Consequently we can give the best guarantees in term of part production process: Quality, cycle time, efficiency during mould life time.
For each of our moulds we provide all necessary documentation including: List of materials, operating instructions, maintenance programs, handling instructions.
