These moulds can have an overall volume between 4 and 6 m3, and weight between 40 and 60 tons. In DICOMOL we are prepared to handle them in our CLINICA DEL MOLDE.
Like all moulds, they need annual maintenance, within the complexity and diversity of the number of components they are made: ejectors, sliders, lifters, hot runners, hoses, thermocouples...
Transporting these moulds have a high impact in terms of cost and security that´s why it´s important to have a nearly located partner.
