All the DICOMOL’ team is committed to collaboration between companies, since it is very difficult to be self-sufficient individually, especially in our sector, which requires huge investments in machinery and technology.

On last June 30th and 1st of July, famous brand of injection machines, BOLE, through its distributor in Spain, DTC Tecnología, presented its wide range of products, at DICOMOL facilities in La Llagosta, where it has been placed an new injection machine BL-230 EKS.

They are plastic parts injected with large moulds.

Back in 1992, Dicomol decided to start a new era at Montcada's industrial park, and PIMEG's crane bridges were exactly what we were looking for, so they became our partner, and they provided all the different crane bridges necessary for what we needed back then.

The design and construction process of a new mold varies according to the type of mold: injection, thermoforming, blowing, etc.

Also, depending on the size and design of the part, manufacturing can take anywhere from 4 to 30 weeks.

You could find the NEW & Updated certification ISO9001:2015. DICOMOL, a company established on 1979, we has the ISO certification since 1999. Now, we renew for 3 additional years, under the last release of the regulation, dated on 2015.

Dicomol obtains support from financing funds for reindustrialization, through the Ministry of Industry: "Investment project for improvements and expansion of production processes for repair, preparation, maintenance and design of plastic injection molds".

On January 13, the Minister of Business and Knowledge, Mr. Ramón Tremosa, together with the Mayor of La Llagosta Mr. Oscar Sierra, visited our new facilities.

As result of the strategical lines from DICOMOL (Clinic of the Moulds) are developing, the INTEREMPRESAS group propossed us to share them in the publication of the MOLDES magazine.

Since this week, and continuous the strategical growth plan outlined since years ago, DICOMOL (#ClinicaDelMolde) increases its capacities through the incorporation of the Production Unit of MOLDES BARCELONA.

For years we have been convinced of the need to carry out an expansion and / or change our facilities.
