Another year DICOMOL has participated, along with other companies of Montcada i Reixac, on DILTET (Device Transition School - Work) Program, to reduce the school drop outs in the 3rd and 4th year of the Compulsory Secondary Education, they are made to adapt curriculum to enable internships in companies, and learn the requirements and values that the labor market demands, in order to stay in school and can see how what they learn in the classroom, is useful.

Dicomol visited the Interpack during the last 16th, 17th & 18th of may in Düsseldorf (Germany), in the way to be so near of the latest mechanical solutions in the market and the Processes & Packaging sector, throw the Plametall.cat, who organize a Global visit to the Fair.

On last, April 12, 2011, Mr. Artur MAS i GAVARRÓ, President of the Catalonian government, visited and proceeded to the inauguration of the extension facility of ASCAMM Private Foundation in Cerdanyola del Valles located inside the Technologic Park area. ASCAMM is engaged in tasks of support development and application in the field of the new technologies as well as training people for the mold and die industry sector.

DICOMOL, full member of the Catalan Association of Molds and dies (ASCAMM) for more than 25 years was at the origin of the creation of the ASCAMM Foundation.

Release a new concept of chopsticks signing by Laipals. Dicomol has participated in this project from the evolution of the initial geometry, through the development of prototype mold, and finally making the mold for production.

Dicomol is awarded for its best management and education initiative during tool making training period of students and professors.
